Our Good Weather Guarantee

We cannot control the weather.

But we do stand behind the mojo.

When you sign up for Good Weather Guys, you will select a specific six-hour event window for the day you want protected by our good-weather energy. If your selected six-hour window is precipitation-free, the mojo has done its job.

If measurable precipitation occurs during your selected six-hour event window, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund and a gift certificate for a future day of Good Weather Guys service.

Because even when the clouds misbehave, the Guys do not disappear.

How the Guarantee Works

To qualify for the Good Weather Guarantee:

Your sign-up must be completed at least 48 hours before your selected event window.

At the time of sign-up, you must select one six-hour period for your event. This six-hour period is the official Good Weather Guys coverage window.

If precipitation occurs during that selected six-hour window, you may submit a refund request.

Refund requests must include proof of precipitation from the National Weather Service at weather.gov, based on the location and time period submitted at sign-up.

If approved, Good Weather Guys will provide a pro-rated refund based on the amount of precipitation-free time during your selected six-hour window, along with a gift certificate for another day of service.

Example

If your selected event window is 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., that is the official six-hour period used for the guarantee.

If the full six-hour window is precipitation-free, the Good Weather Guys declare victory.

If precipitation occurs during that window, you may submit documentation from the National Weather Service for review. If approved, you will receive a pro-rated refund and a gift certificate to try the mojo again.

Important Cloud-Sized Disclaimer

Good Weather Guys is a fun, novelty good-luck service. We do not claim to control, change, predict, delay, redirect, or otherwise influence the weather. Our service is based on good vibes, positive energy, and a suspiciously strong history of beautiful event days.

The Good Weather Guarantee applies only to the selected six-hour event window submitted at sign-up and only when the request is supported by documentation from the National Weather Service.
